Good as Gold-en Tempo. Season 3, Episode 18: 5/6/26

This episode is absolute chaos in the best way possible. The guys are losing their minds over Game 7s in both the NHL and NBA—because apparently heart attacks are now part of the viewing experience.

You’ve got Montreal pulling off the most ridiculous win ever, taking down Tampa with basically nine shots—which makes zero sense and somehow makes it even funnier.

Meanwhile in the NBA, both the Sixers and Pistons said “down 3-1? never heard of it” and just flipped the script like it was nothing.

Then they pivot to the Kentucky Derby, where Golden Tempo comes out of nowhere and wrecks everyone’s bets, because of course it does—that race is basically roulette with horses.

They wrap it up talking NHL roster building, getting way too deep into strategy like they’re secretly GMs, arguing about what actually wins in the playoffs versus what just looks good on paper.

It’s loud, it’s a little unhinged, and it’s basically sports fans trying to process insanity in real time.
