The Metes are Broken. Season 3, Episode 16: 4/22/26

This episode is basically a full-blown sports bar rant with some actual brains mixed in. The crew’s breaking down NHL and NBA playoff action like they’ve got money on every game—big moments, who showed up, who disappeared, and which teams actually have their act together vs. which ones are just vibes and bad decisions.

Then they pivot to the Mets… and yeah, it gets ugly. Absolute frustration fest. Questionable management, zero consistency, and that classic “how is this team still this dysfunctional?” energy. It’s less analysis, more group therapy for anyone who’s ever suffered through a bad season.

They also get into the whole “culture matters” thing—basically calling out that good organizations win for a reason, and bad ones stay bad because they’re run like a circus.

On top of that, it’s a total grab bag: golf takes, hockey chatter, some lacrosse and NASCAR sprinkled in, plus random nostalgia about old animated shows—because why not?

End result: part smart breakdown, part unhinged rant, all chaos. Exactly what you’d expect. Shoutout @MikeDaddino__ for the IG Video, here’s his page
